University of the People Offers Students Tuition-free Education

The internet is rapidly changing the profile of education. Lecture halls are becoming less and less prominent. Traditional education is being enhanced by a global learning movement. At the forefront of this trend is University of the People (UoPeople) with its offer of a tuition free education available to anyone with a computer and willingness to learn.

At University of the People, students pay no tuition. All courses and course materials are free and available online. Students will be required to pay a nominal application fee and a nominal final examination-processing fee, however even these fees are currently being waived to promote enrollment. This alone makes a college education available for everyone.

Classes are small and modeled after the proven peer- to- peer and student mentor educational concept. Students read, research and discuss the course s important points while an instructor guides discussion, poses and answers questions all of which is done entirely online. At UoPeople students learn to explore and assess concepts with peers from all over the world.

Even more accommodating is course flexibility. Each study unit runs online for one week. A student can log in at any convenient time and complete the work for that unit. Instructors and students are from all over the world truly making a UoPeople education one of global proportions. Why pass up a free education, taught by excellent instructors that includes an extremely flexible schedule and global exposure?

The goal of UoPeople is to make higher education available to everyone. The school s completely online format makes this goal a reality. Now anyone with access to a computer can earn a college education. The only thing that a student needs to bring is a commitment to succeed. Check out your opportunities at www.uopeople.org.
