Morrow, Georgia is a major shopping destination for residents of the south Atlanta metro area. With easy access right off I-75, Southlake Mall is the largest shopping mall in the region. Other shopping centers near the mall also draw shoppers to the area. At the Tanger Outlets, a few minutes south of Morrow, shoppers will find many well known factory stores offering great bargains. Holiday shoppers have many options from which to choose on Atlantas south side.

Southlake Mall in Morrow is located right off I-75 at Jonesboro Road, Exit 233. Macys and Sears are the major anchor stores. Among the more than 120 specialty stores, shoppers will find American Eagle Outfitters, The Limited, Victorias Secret, Bath & Body Works, New York & Company, and Kay Jewelers. During the holiday season children will be able to visit with Santa from November 19-December 24. Throughout the year, the carousel in the food court is very popular with children. The City of Morrow will hold a special Christmas event at Southlake Mall on December 3 from 2-7pm. The festivities will include childrens arts and crafts, musical entertainment, a car show, and Christmas tree lighting. Children will also be able to ride on the Morrow Lil General train. Some of the activities will take place inside the mall and others will be held in the parking lot. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new toy for the Toys for Tots drive. The event will be fun for the whole family. Nearby Southlake Pavilion on Mt. Zion Road offers additional shopping options as well as AMC Theatres. Shoppers will find a variety of their favorite stores such as Target, Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, and hh greg. The Village at Southlake, adjacent to the mall, offers other stores. A short drive south of Morrow on I-75 will take shoppers to the Tanger Outlets at Locust Grove, Georgia. The outlets are located at Exit 212. With more than 80 stores from which to choose, shoppers are sure to find many holiday bargains. Some of the factory stores at the outlet mall include Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, The Loft Outlet, Coach, Chicos, Eddie Bauer, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, J. Crew, and Gap. The outlet mall is open extended holiday hours, and children may visit with Santa and have their photo made from November 25-December 23. Residents and visitors in the south Atlanta metro area have many good local choices for holiday shopping. They are sure to find everything on their gift lists.
